We may periodically update this Agreement and modify the Service to comply with legal requirements, introduce new features, or respond to business needs. The most recent version of this Agreement will be available on our official website at https://id.e-payhub.net/ in the relevant section of the homepage. We recommend reviewing this Agreement regularly. The current version will govern your use of the Service. If changes significantly alter your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice (unless otherwise required by law) through reasonable methods, such as notifications via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
2. Eligibility

4. Modifications to the Service and Account Termination
We are dedicated to enhancing the Service by adding new features and making improvements. Consequently, we may introduce new functionalities or remove existing ones from time to time. We may not always provide prior notice if these changes do not significantly impact your rights or obligations. In the event of a temporary suspension of the Service, we will notify you in advance unless urgent safety or security issues prevent this.
To close your account, follow the steps outlined in the "Settings" section of the Service. If payments are managed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, ensure that you handle in-app purchases directly through those platforms to avoid additional charges. The company retains the right to terminate your account immediately if a breach of this Agreement is identified, and no refunds will be issued for any purchases made before termination.
Once your account is closed, this Agreement will terminate, except for Sections 4, 5, and 12 through 19, which will continue to be applicable to both you and the company.
5. Ensuring Safety and Interaction with Other Members
The company is committed to maintaining a secure and respectful environment by implementing features like double opt-in, which ensures communication only occurs when both parties are interested. However, please be aware that the company is not responsible for the actions of any member, either within or outside the Service. Exercise caution when interacting with other members, especially if you choose to communicate outside the Service or arrange in-person meetings. It is important to review and follow the company’s Privacy Policy before using the Service. Sharing sensitive financial information, such as credit card details or bank account numbers, or transferring money to other members is strictly forbidden.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The company does not conduct background checks on its members and cannot guarantee their behavior or compatibility.
6. Rights and Restrictions
The company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. This license is intended solely for personal use as allowed by this Agreement. If you engage in any prohibited activities, your access to the Service and your license will be immediately revoked. Prohibited activities include using the Service or its content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission, reproducing or altering copyrighted materials, images, trademarks, or service marks from the Service without prior authorization, or suggesting that your communications are endorsed by the company.
Additionally, using automated tools like robots, bots, or scrapers to access or duplicate the Service’s content is not allowed. You must not disrupt the Service, upload harmful software, falsify information, or manipulate the Service’s headers. Unauthorized embedding of the Service within other websites or directing users to other locations is prohibited. You are not permitted to modify, translate, sublicense, or decompile any part of the Service, nor create or use third-party applications that interact with the Service or its content without our consent. Probing or testing the Service’s security or engaging in any activities that breach this Agreement is also forbidden.
The company reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action for any unauthorized or illegal use of the Service, which may include account termination. Automatic updates, upgrades, or new features may be implemented through the company’s software, but you can manage these updates through your device settings if applicable.
7. Rights You Grant to the Company
Upon creating an account, you grant the company a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to manage, host, store, use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you submit or share on the Service, including but not limited to content you upload, post, or transmit to other members (collectively referred to as "Content"). This license is non-exclusive, except for any derivative works produced via the Service, which the company exclusively controls. For example, the company retains exclusive rights to any screenshots featuring your Content.
To safeguard your Content from misuse beyond the Service, you authorize the company to take action against unauthorized use by other users or external entities. This may involve issuing legal notices or taking other actions under relevant regulations, including those applicable in your jurisdiction.
The company's use of your Content will be in compliance with applicable data protection laws and is restricted to purposes related to operating, enhancing, developing, and researching the Service. You acknowledge that your Content may be visible to other users and visitors of the Service, including those who receive shared Content from other users or agents.
You affirm that the details you provide when creating your account are accurate and that you possess the rights necessary to post the Content and grant the aforementioned license to the company.
The company reserves the right to review or monitor any Content you upload and may remove it, either partially or wholly, if it is deemed to violate this Agreement or potentially damage the reputation of the Service.
When engaging with customer support, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. The company reserves the right to terminate your account immediately if your behavior towards our support staff or employees is deemed threatening, harassing, or otherwise offensive.
In using the Service, you acknowledge that the company, its affiliates, or third-party partners may display advertisements. By providing feedback or suggestions, you agree that the company may use and share this feedback for any purpose without providing compensation.
The company may access, store, and disclose your account information and Content as legally required, to fulfill contractual obligations, or to address legitimate business interests. This includes compliance with legal processes, enforcing this Agreement, responding to infringement claims, addressing customer service issues, and protecting the company’s or others' rights and safety.
8. Community Standards
By using the Service, you agree to the following rules:
(i) Prohibited Activities: You must avoid using the Service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes. Actions that could damage the Company or violate this Agreement are not allowed. Ensure you comply with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which may be updated.
(ii) Behavioral Restrictions: Spamming, soliciting funds, or committing fraud against other members is strictly prohibited. Impersonating others or posting their images without permission is forbidden. Harassment, intimidation, and defamation are not allowed.
(iii) Content Restrictions: You must not post content that infringes on others' rights, including privacy, copyright, or trademark. Hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, and pornography are banned. Content that promotes violence, nudity, or graphic violence is prohibited. Racist, bigoted, or hateful content is not permitted.
(iv) Account Management: Soliciting personal information from other members for commercial or illegal purposes, or sharing someone else’s personal information without consent, is prohibited. Sharing or using another member’s account, or maintaining multiple accounts, is not allowed. If your account is terminated, you cannot create a new one without our permission.
The Company reserves the right to investigate any breaches or misuse of the Service, which may lead to account termination without a refund for any purchases. This policy applies to actions on and off the Service. Violations of these rules or our Privacy Policy will result in immediate revocation of your right to use the Service.
9. Third-Party Content
The Company has the authority to review and remove Content that does not comply with this Agreement. Responsibility for posted Content lies with the member who posted it. While we strive to ensure all Content adheres to our standards, we cannot guarantee complete compliance. If you encounter Content that violates this Agreement, please report it using the Service’s reporting tools or contact us via the form on our official website at https://id.e-payhub.net/.
10. Purchases
General Information: The Company may offer various opportunities to acquire products and services ("in-app purchases") through different platforms such as the App Store, Google Play Store, carrier billing, our own billing system, or other authorized payment methods. For any in-app purchase, you must confirm the transaction with your selected payment provider. Whether using a credit card or a third-party account (like Google Play Store or App Store, collectively referred to as your "Payment Method"), you authorize the Company or the third-party service to charge the displayed amount for the chosen service(s), including any applicable taxes.
Refund Policy: All digital transactions made via our site are final and non-refundable. Should you violate the Terms of Use, our policies, or applicable laws, your account may be terminated and any pending transactions will be canceled without reimbursement. Fees and transaction commissions paid are non-refundable, and we do not accommodate requests for refunds of these amounts. Refunds may be granted only in cases of technical issues or errors on our part that prevent you from accessing the purchased product. To request a refund, you must contact us via the designated email address within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed only if you are at least 18 years old, and they will be issued through the original payment method used.
11. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on the Service in a way that infringes on your copyright, please submit a takedown request using the appropriate form.
When filing a claim, include an electronic or physical signature from the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed and provide details on the location of the material on the Service, ensuring the description is clear enough for us to locate the alleged infringing content. Include your contact information, such as your address, phone number, and email, as well as the identity of the copyright owner. Include a statement affirming that you genuinely believe the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Also, include a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
The Company will take action to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided by the Company on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. This means we do not offer any guarantees, whether expressed or implied, regarding the Service or its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties related to satisfactory quality, merchantability, appropriateness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be continuous, secure, or free from errors. Additionally, we do not ensure that any information or content obtained through the Service will be accurate.
We are not responsible for content that is posted, transmitted, or received via the Service by you, other users, or third parties. Any material downloaded or acquired through the Service is done at your own risk.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may feature advertisements, promotions, or links to third-party websites and resources. We do not have control over or endorse these external sites, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. 14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither the Company nor our affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers will be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits (both direct and indirect), data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on or through the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access to, use of, or modification of your content, even if we were aware of the potential for such damages.
Please note that some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so the limitations described may not apply to you.
15. Dispute Resolution, Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
For members outside Indonesia or in regions where these terms are not permitted by local law:
1. Any disputes or claims concerning this Agreement or the Service, including alleged violations, must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the Indonesian Arbitration Center, following its streamlined arbitration rules. An exception is made for claims that may be filed individually in a small claims court with jurisdiction. If arbitration is initiated, the responding party can request a transfer of the case to a small claims court if it falls within its jurisdiction. Such requests must be made before an arbitrator is appointed; otherwise, the arbitrator will decide whether to continue with arbitration or transfer the case to small claims court. Typically, arbitration will be based on written submissions, but either party may request an oral hearing. You agree to waive participation in any class actions, class arbitrations, or collective actions against the Company, regardless of the chosen forum.
2. By using the Service, you consent to resolving disputes via arbitration, waiving your right to a court trial (except in small claims court) and to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. Outside of small claims court, decisions will be made by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury. The arbitrator can grant remedies similar to those a court might provide and may hold hearings and review evidence. Arbitration is generally less complex and more efficient than court trials. Arbitration decisions can be enforced by courts but are overturned only in rare circumstances. Please consult our Arbitration Procedures for more information on the arbitration process.
3. Actions to enforce this arbitration agreement, including actions to confirm, modify, or vacate an arbitration award, may be initiated in any court with proper jurisdiction. If this arbitration agreement is deemed unenforceable, litigation (excluding small claims) against the Company must be conducted in federal or state courts located in Indonesia. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for such matters.
16. Applicable Law
For users, customers, or agents located in Indonesia or where our arbitration agreement cannot be legally enforced, disputes related to this Agreement or the Service will be governed by Indonesian law, excluding its conflict of laws principles. All disputes must be resolved exclusively by the local state courts of Indonesia, applicable to both individuals and corporate entities.
17. Jurisdiction
Except for members residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, who have the right to file claims in their country of residence according to local laws, and excluding matters suitable for small claims court, all disputes related to this Agreement, the Service, or your relationship with the Company that are not subject to arbitration must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indonesia. Both you and the Company agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on claims of inconvenient forum.
18. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or any violation of this Agreement.
19. Complete Agreement; Additional Provisions
This Agreement, which encompasses these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms agreed upon during the acquisition of features, products, or services through the Service, constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Service. Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The Company’s failure to enforce any term of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that term. Your account is non-transferable, and all associated rights, including access to Content, cease upon your death. This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or special relationship between you and the Company, nor does it grant you any authority to act on behalf of or bind the Company.
